Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Each pack carries a manufacturing date and best-before date. Consume within the stated period for peak quality.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator for the best texture. Straight from the freezer: air fry at 180°C for 5–8 minutes (malai boti) or 8–10 minutes (kebabs); on the tawa over medium heat with a little oil, 6–8 minutes for malai boti and 8–10 minutes for kebabs. Malai boti also microwaves in about 2 minutes. Full instructions are on each product page and printed on every box.
